Discover the comfort of Eir’s security apartments…

From the surplus of service available at Eirhús, to the convenience of the commercial hub Spögnin in Reykjavík at Eirborgir, to the charming elegance of Eirhamrar in Mosfellsbær, Eir has accommodations to suite any need.

A variety of floor plans and sizes, ensures a positive experience in the comfortable units. Oak or cherry wood, and speckled countertops, combined with stainless steel sinks, quality appliances, ovens and stoves, and a name like Gorenje, the kitchens have everything you need. Bathrooms are designed for safety and practicality, with linoleum walls, special flooring, and specially designed toilets. And residents have the option to bring their own washer and dryer, or use the facility´s laundry room. All of the apartments are designed to make getting around easier, with ramps, wider doorways, and mobility aids such as wheel chairs and walkers available.

And with beautiful gardens, lounges, sunrooms, and plenty of parking, Eir is the perfect place for visitors.

Of course safety is a priority at Eir, allowing you to rest easy. The apartments have a 24 hour security watch, and are elegantly equipped with a security interface running throughout the facility. This also connects the entire medical and care staff, allowing for fast and efficient responses for residents experiencing pain or illness.

Residents have great options for meals. Let Eir take care of lunch and dinner, pick up a snack from the lounge or store, or get home delivery from local restaurants.

Church services are regularly held, in addition to social events and activities available to residents medically cleared for participation based on their individual circumstances.
